2.0 Why doesn't the "Ready" button appear in the Dots Business app when ordering for pickup?

If your company has an Order Only interaction type, you may not see the Ready button in the Dots Business app when you order for pickup, as this type of interaction limits overall functionality.




Open the Companies section.

Click the Edit button next to the required company.

Go to the Address tab.

Click the Edit button next to the desired address.

Click the Types of Receiving tab.

Turn off the Delivery - Use checkbox.
