2.0 Why does the customer not receive an SMS with a confirmation code?
- Problems of the mobile operator;
- Problems with the client's phone or coverage area;
- Zero balance on the SMS service account;
- System protection does not allow you to make more than one order for one phone number within one minute;
- The user's phone number is blacklisted;
- In the user settings, the setting - Do not require an SMS code when placing an order is activated;
- When placing an order, the user entered an incorrect phone number;
- Integration with SMS gateways is not configured;
- The user is in superadmin status.
