2.0 Is it possible to exclude certain time slots in the Planned Logistics mode?
Unfortunately, the exclusion of certain time slots is not provided by the platform's capabilities. You can limit the receipt of orders for certain hours automatically. It is configured in the Control Panel → Companies → edit → Addresses → edit → Monitoring Panel tab → deactivate the Use default number of orders per hour check-box. After that, the Recommended number of orders per hour field will become available, where you can set order limits by hours.

Also, to minimize the load on production, you can increase the slot intervals, thus distributing the dispatching of orders within the same slot, at your discretion.
To do this, go to Control Panel → Companies → edit → Timings tab → Interval between delivery time options field and specify the desired Interval between time options. We recommend that you do not use slots for more than 2 hours, as the client may not be satisfied with the need to schedule for too long a time interval.
