2.0 How to calculate and indicate tariff zones on the map?

The general zone is displayed on the city map, unless the Takeaway type of receiving the order is disabled for the company, as it applies to the entire Delivery Zone of the city.



Companies can work both within the delivery zone of the city, and in their own delivery zone. Also, tariff zones are set both at the city level for all companies at once, and at the level of each company.

An example of how delivery zones work:

The following values were added to the Tariffs: 1.5.10 km.

The following values were added to the Tariff zones: 10.30.60 UAH.

With such input, if the client is within a radius of 1 km to the company, the delivery cost will be 10 UAH, from 1 to 5 km - 30 UAH and from 5 to 10 km - 60 UAH. Delivery beyond 10 km will not be available.

Tariff zones can be configured in the Control Panel → Settings → Cities → edit → Delivery → Tariffs, in the Tariff zones and Tariffs fields.




If the company wants to set its own tariff zones, in the Control Panel → Companies → edit → Delivery→ General you must remove the check in the Standard delivery cost field and specify the desired zones and tariffs.
