Enable or disable sending of SMS messages to clients. Before enabling, it is required to set the name of the sender and choose the service for sending SMS.

Setting up the integration



Open the Settings section in the Control panel.
Click the SMS tab.
Fill in the appropriate fields about the SMS.
Click the Save button.



Setup requirements:



SMS messages are disabled.
- On - SMS messages cannot be sent to users, authorization of new users and orders from new devices is suspended.
- Off - system SMS are sent automatically, authorization of new users and orders from new devices is active.
Sms Sender name. The name of the sender, which appears in the SMS. This name must be registered as an alpha name in the selected SMS sending service. If the field is empty, then SMS messages will be sent on behalf of the Dots Platform.
Service of SMS sending. Service for sending SMS messages.
Important: Before choosing one of the options, you need to configure the integration with the specific service.
Important: If SMS messages are disabled, users won’t be able to log in to the mobile app or place an order on the website.
Message type.
- sms - system messages that will be sent via the mobile operator to the user's phone number

SMS messages are sent to users of the service during authorization, as well as when placing, confirming, or changing an order.
