2.0 Control panel. Settings. Integrations. Mail Service
Before getting started, it is important to set an email address for system notification and reports.
In the Control Panel, click Settings.
Go to the Integrations tab.
In the list of integrations, find Mail Service and click the pencil icon.
In the Email for system mailings field, add or change the desired email address.
Click Save.


Add an email address in the “[name@dotsplatform.com](mailto:name@dotsplatform.com)” format.
Important: Instead of a personal one, it is recommended to use a business email address with limited access for certain number of people. This allows you to avoid losing important information when changing the service manager.
Note: Use the basic gateway setting means using the Dots Platform email gateway for sending messages. This function is active by default and does not require modification.
