2.0 Control Panel. Editing a Company. General

This tab contains general settings for the company.

Setting up the General tab for the company:

Select the Companies section in the Control Panel.
Click on the edit icon next to the desired company.
Go to the General tab.

City. The city in which the company was created. This field is not available for editing.
Name. Company’s name which will be displayed in all system elements, without its type.
Example: Celentano

URL. The field is used to form a link to the menu of a particular company.
Only Latin letters are allowed, without spaces and special characters.
Example: chelentano

Status. Allows you to manage the availability of the company's page for customers, as well as to suspend the acceptance of orders.
● Active. The company is available to customers on the website and mobile app. Delivery points will be displayed on the Monitoring panel in the "Restaurants" tab.
Important! It is not possible to set the status "Active" for a company if it doesn’t have any active/hidden addresses.
● Coming soon. The company will not be displayed on the mobile app. In the case of a monobrand, the menu of that company will be available on the website. When placing an order, customers will receive a message about the temporary suspension of orders. In the case of a multi-brand, the company will include a "Coming soon" mark on the city page. Viewing the menu will not be available to customers.
● Inactive. The company will be unavailable to customers on the website and mobile app. Delivery points will not be displayed on the Monitoring panel in the "Restaurants" tab.
Important! It is not recommended to disable the only existing company, because in this case the system will not work correctly.
● Hidden. The company's menu is available via a direct link, but the company itself is not displayed on the city's page. In this status, it is possible to place test orders.
Note: A company cannot be set to "Hidden" status if it has no active/hidden addresses.
● Pause. Customers can view the company's menu, but cannot place an order (when going to the cart, a message will appear about the temporary suspension of orders). In the case of a multi-brand, the company will include the mark "Orders temporarily unavailable" on the city page. Viewing the company's menu will not be available to customers.

Type. Type of the company. Choose from the drop-down list.
Priority. This field specifies the priority that affects the order in which the company is displayed on the company selection page (if there are several companies in the city). It is specified as an integer value. The higher the value, the higher the company will appear in the list of companies in the city.
Main address. This field allows you to select a location, the work schedule of which will determine the schedule for receiving orders for the entire company. If the company operates in "Orders only" mode, all orders will be distributed to this location.
Important! Customers can place an online order only during the working hours of the selected location. In the case of an attempt to place an order outside of working hours, the customer will receive a message about the possibility of pre-ordering.

Display the Number of cutlery field. This setting is responsible for displaying the "Number of cutlery" field when placing an order.
- On - the Number of cutlery field is displayed on the website and in mobile apps when placing an order. Optional for filling by the client.
- Off - the Number of cutlery field is not displayed.
Note: when placing an order on the website, the number of cutlery is automatically determined depending on the number of dishes.
