2.0 Control Panel. Editing a Company. Editing Addresses. General
In this section, the coordinates of all company's delivery points (pick-up points, locations) are displayed. Their setting is necessary to display the location in all elements of the system and correctly calculate the time of delivery and issue of the order. You can also set the status and priority of the address and select the POS system with which the delivery point works.
Select the Companies section in the Control Panel.
Click on the edit icon opposite the desired company.
Go to the Addresses tab.
Click on the edit icon opposite the desired location.
Fill in the required fields.
Click Save.

Address. Enter the name of the street and the house number of the location, which will be displayed in all elements of the service. If clarification is required, it can be added after the sign.

Main St., 42 * Oasis Mall
Coordinates. Clicking on the Show map button will open the map. With the help of the "+" and "-" buttons, you can zoom in or out on the map. It is necessary to set the pin on the map according to the point’s address.



Status. Allows you to manage the availability of the delivery point, as well as suspend the acceptance of orders.
Inactive. The delivery point is disabled and unavailable for accepting orders. Shown as "Pause" in the Monitoring Panel and Dots Business app.
Attention: It is not recommended to turn off the only existing point, because in this case customers will not be able to place their orders. At the same time, the company's menu will be available via a direct link.
Active. The pick-up point is available for receiving delivery and takeaway orders. Shown as "Active" in the Monitoring Panel and Dots Business app.
Hidden. The pick-up point is available for distribution of delivery orders, but unavailable for takeaway. The system will not allow the operator to manually distribute takeaway orders to this location. Shown as "Active (no takeaway)" in the Monitoring Panel and Dots Business app.
Deleted. The pick-up point is removed. It can be restored from the list of deleted locations in the "Addresses" tab.
Priority. This field indicates the priority, which affects the order of displaying the pick-up point in the table of all company’s locations (if the company has several). It is specified in the form of an integer value. The higher the value, the higher the position on the list.
Example: 123, 60, 50
Active POS system. The POS system that is used at this location. Choose from the drop-down list.
Auto-synchronization when accepting an order.
- On - When accepting an order through the Restaurant Panel, the data is automatically transferred to the terminal of the active POS system.
- Off - The order data is sent to the terminal only when you click the "Upload to POS" button.
Important! In this section there is also a Send test order to POS button, which allows you to check the correct operation of the integration with the POS system by sending a test order to the terminal itself, and not to the Monitoring Panel.

Setting up an Address:
