2.0 Control Panel. Editing a Company. Catalog. Categories
This tab displays information about all categories of the company's products. This is also where you add, customize, and delete selected categories. Categories are created to structure the company's products.
Open the Companies section of the Control Panel.
Click on the edit icon opposite the desired company.
Go to Catalog => Categories tab.
Search field. Allows you to find the necessary Category by name.
Filter by status. Shows a list of Categories according to their status.
Create button. Opens the page for creating a new product category.
Name. The name of the category in all elements of the system. Field editing is available by clicking on the name.
Classifier. The classifier chosen for the related category at the city level.
Packaging. Type of packaging for all products of the category. When clicked, the packaging editing tab opens.
Number of positions. The maximum number of products that can fit in a package. Editing is available by clicking.
Link. The category name is displayed in the URL when navigating to the category page. When you click on the link, the page of that category opens on the website.
Priority. The numerical value that affects the position of the category in the list of all categories. This list is displayed on the company's menu page on the website and in the mobile apps. The higher the value, the higher the position on the list. When you click on the value, you will be able to edit the priority.
Status.* Current category status. Changing the status is available with a click.
Note: The arrows next to the column name allow you to sort the display of categories. For example, from lowest to highest priority, or by status.
Edit button. Opens the category editing page.
Delete button. Permanently deletes the selected category.
Note: To delete a category, you must delete all products in it or move them to another category.

How to find the tab:
Open the Companies section of the Control Panel.
