Tip. Push campaigns can be segmented by several parameters,
For example, newsletters can be categorized as follows:
All users, if you have an information reason to notify the entire audience, such as new items on the menu, promotions, or changes in work.
Or you can send newsletters to different groups, and these groups don't have to be formed only from new customers, it can be any selection.
For the second type of email campaigns, it is useful to use the RFM Segmentation report, which is generated once a month and allows you to segment customers by frequency, age, and average order check. Learn more about RFM segmentation in this article.
From this segmentation, you can export a report, divide customers by the required parameter. For example, those who have placed orders a long time ago, or vice versa - those who regularly place orders, or a customer who has made 1 order and got lost, etc. From this data, you can form user groups and send out mailings specifically for the motivation of this group, depending on the principle by which you selected them.
Regular mailings with messages tailored to specific groups will help you stay in touch with your audience, and deferred notifications will allow you to schedule mailings for a long time ahead and do it systematically and systematically.

Note: To see a list of all changes, click History of changes.

📌Tip: In order for customers not only to receive a push notification but also to have it displayed in the app for a fixed period of time (namely, 7 days), the mailing must be done with an indication of the city to whose users you want to notify the specified message. If you don't select a city, the push notification is sent, but not saved in the Notifications tab of the app. Therefore, if the same mailing is required for all cities, it is recommended to launch a separate mailing for each city, so it will be more effective when the client can return to the message after some time.
