2.0 Control Panel. Cities. Marketing. Company promotions. Free delivery
This type of promotion allows a company to compensate the cost of delivery if the customer's bill exceeds a certain amount.

In the Control Panel, click Marketing.
Click the City promotions → Free Delivery tab.
Click Create.
Add the required information (more details below).
Click Save.

General tab.

City. Select from the drop-down list.
Company. Select from the drop-down list.
Status. Current status of the promotion.
Hidden. The discount can be applied by using a promo code. More on how to create promo codes.
Inactive. Turns off the promotion.
Active. When enabled, the promotion will be visible to customers on the website and in the app.
Type of application. Method of applying. Available options:
Automatically. The promotion will be applied automatically.
By Promo code. Customers will need a promo code. More on how to create a promo code
Name in the Control Panel. Appears only in the Control Panel and helps to identify the promotion.
Example
Free delivery
Name. Appears to customers when they apply a promo code and in the promotion’s label. Cashiers and company workers can also see it in the Dots Business app. Can be the same as the Name in the Control Panel.
Valid until. Set the end date of the promotion. If the promotion is not limited in time, set 0. The unlimited promotion has a special mark on the website and in the app.
Priority. Set the priority of the promotion, which will determine its place in the list of all promotions on the website and in the app. The higher the value, the higher the place in the list.
Promotion conditions. Add the description of the promotion along with some additional information and conditions for applying.
Example
Free shipping on orders over $100 placed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Button link. A link inside the promotion, which can lead to a product, category, institution or to an external resource.

Maximum amount of compensation. Maximum amount that can be compensated in payment for inside delivery.
Compensation of inside delivery. Select the checkbox if the promotion covers the cost of doorstep delivery (regardless of the free delivery limit).
Active - promotion covers the cost of delivery to door.
Inactive - delivery to door is paid by the client.
Main delivery promotion. The promotion will apply to all products and be valid at any time, regardless of the schedule. Its details will appear in the Info section on the website and in the app.

Note: There can be only one main delivery promotion. If you select the new promotion, then the previous one will lose its status of the main delivery promotion.
Orders Workflow tab.

Minimum amount of order. Set the minimum amount for the order to qualify for free delivery. After that, customers will get free delivery if their cart total is equal to or exceeds the limit that you set.
Only for the first order.
Active. The certificate will be applied only to the customer's first order.
Order Type. Select the order type on which the promotion will be available.

Order receiving type. Select the order receiving type in which this promotion will be valid. For other order types promotion will not be valid.

Work Time tab

Schedule for taking orders. Select the days of the week and the time when the gift voucher will be valid. If there are no restrictions, select the Promotion is valid any day at any time checkbox*.
Standard time - The schedule for taking orders activates the company every day.
Specific - An individual schedule allows you to more flexible adjust the activity of the company for each day of the week.
Products tab.

In the Dishes block, select a product (dish), a group of products, a category, or all products to which the promotion will apply using the check boxes.

Graphics tab.

City screen. If enabled, the promotion will appear in the promotion slider at the city level. To appear in the slider, the promotion poster must be at least 700 PX wide.
Note: The city slider appears only if this option is selected for at least three promotions.

Company screen. If the checkbox is active, the promotion cover is displayed in the promotions slider on the company page. If the checkbox is inactive, the promotion cover is not displayed in the promotions slider on the company page.
Promotion poster. An image of the promotion that appears on the website and in the app. For correct appearance, the PNG, or JPG image must be up to 1652х704 PX. The file size should not exceed 1 MB. If no image is selected, the company logo will appear instead.

Note: It is important to upload promotional posters to maximize customer engagement.
Preview button. The button allows you to see how the uploaded image will look in the web version of the site, mobile version of the site, and applications, depending on the display settings.


Note: If you are not satisfied with the image, you can click the *Change Image button and your device will open a window to upload another image.
This feature allows you to avoid unwanted cropping of the photo on different devices and versions of the settings.
Translations tab

Fill in the promotion Name and Promotion conditions fields in different languages to display them correctly to the user if several languages are active.
SEO tab

Meta Title. The title of the campaign page that is displayed in search engine results.
Meta Description. A short description of a website page that is displayed under the title meta tag in search engine results.
Footer text. The text that is displayed at the bottom of the page of this category of the restaurant menu. You can use the following tags <b></b> и <br>.

To add a promotion:
