2.0 Control Panel

The Control Panel is where most of the system settings are made. To access the Control Panel, moderators must have the appropriate access rights. Use the top menu to navigate between sections.

Main screen


The main screen displays all the main elements of the Dots platform system:
Website - your company's website, which displays the entire assortment.
Android and iOS apps - a page to download client apps.
Monitoring Panel - login to the monitoring panel.
Sign in for the Operator - an extended version of the site for operators, with access to some additions that simplify the placing of orders by the operator in telephone mode.
Telephony - login to the personal account of the telephony service.
Dots Business App - restaurant app download page.
Dots Delivery App - courier app download page.
Analytics - page of the Google analytics service.



Companies


This section displays information about all companies in the city. This is also where companies are added, configured and deleted.

Users


This section displays a list of all service users and additional information about them. It also handles adding, editing, and other actions with users. You can create User Groups, charge them Cashback, monitor the success of sending SMS to clients, manage the Blacklist of phone numbers.

In this section, promotions are created and edited at the company level. There are several types of them:

In this section, promotions are created and edited at the city level. There are several types of them:

Certificate



Push Notifications
This section manages the company's push campaigns. Click the Edit button next to the desired campaign to edit it or click +Create button to create a new one.

Promo codes


This section displays information about all promotional campaigns. Promotional campaigns contain promo codes that are generated as part of specific city or company promotions. This is also where they are added and configured.

Settings


This section is intended for setting up all the main functionality of the Dots Platform system. Here you can configure your website, apps, integrations, cashback and more. Just select the desired section and go to its settings.

Change theme. Changes the light interface theme to dark.



Knowledge base link. Dots Platform knowledge base with all instructions on using the system is available at this link.



Language button. Allows you to change the language of the Control Panel.



Quick access to the most frequently used system modules and integrations.



User profile settings. Changing the current user password.



Support chat. Support chat for Dots Platform partners, which allows you to ask questions at any time to managers of the Dots Platform support team.
