2.0 Control Panel. Editing a City. Monitoring
This tab displays the settings for parameters that are required when working with the Monitoring Panel.
Open the Settings → Cities section in the Control panel.
Click the edit icon next to the desired city in the list.
Go to the Monitoring tab.
Set the necessary settings.
Click the Save button.

Color and Abbreviation
Every order card has the city abbreviation and color. It helps operators to identify orders from particular cities in the list of all orders.

Color. A HEX color code in ""#EEE111"" format. HTML color codes must only include Latin characters or/and numbers and are not case-sensitive. The code should have the “#” symbol to be recognized by the system.

Abbreviation. Two or three letters from the city name.

Manager's full name and Manager's phone number
Manager's full name. The city manager’s name appears to operators when clicking on the city name in Monitoring Panel.

Manager's phone number. The city manager’s phone number shows up in the Control Panel and in the Monitoring Panel. It allows users with access to the city management to quickly contact the person in charge.

Tip: You can add two phone numbers and divide them with a comma.

Recommended number of orders per hour for 1 location. You can set the recommended number of orders per hour for a single location. It allows you to inform your employees about the overall location workload. In case of exceeding the limit, the excess will be highlighted in red when accepting a new order in the Dots Business app.

Important: The value is for informational purposes only. The cashier will be able to accept an order for a specific hour, even if the value exceeds the limit.
Tip: The value applies to all city companies and their locations by default, unless you set a different value in the location’s settings.
Automatically accept offline reviews in the Monitoring Panel.
On - reviews will be automatically accepted in the Dashboard
Off - reviews will need to be accepted manually
Prepayment from the sum. The amount of the order, in excess of which the note "Prepayment" will be displayed to the operator in the Monitoring Panel, for a recommendation to agree on the prepayment of the order with a new client. It is indicated in the currency of the city.

If the client pays for the order online (by card), this mark will not be reflected to them, since they have already made the payment at the stage of placing the order. Thus, the client guarantees their intentions for the order and excludes fraud on their part.
Information for restaurants and Information link.
Information for restaurants. You can add some important information for locations’ employees. This information shows in the yellow bar that appears in each section of the Dots Business app.

Information link. You can add a link to a document or a webpage for locations’ employees. The link button appears in the separate bar in the Dots Business app. Information link must include “https://”.

Important: If you only add information for employees, the link button won’t appear.
