2.0 How to log in to the Monitoring Panel
To access the Monitoring Panel, the CC operator/logistician must have an account with permissions. To set up the permissions for user roles, go to the User roles section in the Control Panel.
Before getting started, you need to enter the email and password provided by your manager and click Log in.
You can use a direct link in the https://name/p/monitoring/all format, where name is the domain of your website.
Example
For the jacksburgersbar.com, the link to the Monitoring Panel looks like this:
https://jacksburgersbar.com/p/monitoring/all
In addition, you can go to the Monitoring Panel using the link on the main screen of the Control Panel (after authorization in the Control Panel).
After authorization, you’ll see a list of all operators on the line and your current status in the top panel.
Depending on permissions, one, several or all cities will be available to you. To change the city, or select all available cities, click All cities in the upper left corner of the Monitoring Panel and select the desired option. After that, you will only work with orders from the selected city/cities.
To change the current status, or exit the Monitoring Panel, click on your call sign in the upper right corner. The following statuses are available:
Online (green). You are ready to work with orders. New orders will be assigned to you depending on the number of free operators on the line.
Hidden (gray). You have access to the Monitoring Panel, but new orders will not be assigned to you.
Exit (Black). Click Exit to log out.
Note: If necessary, the shift supervisor may assign an order to you manually, even if you have “Hidden” status.
