In this tab you can work with Cashback from the Company Panel. The cashier/manager can manuallycharge/withdraw points to the customer's Cashback.

The Cashback tab is located in the side menu of the Company Panel.



The cashier/manager of the company can find the customer by their phone number and conduct the necessary cashback operation.

Displayed elements:

Customer's Name, Phone Number and available cashback Balance.



Amount to be charged/withdrawn. Here you can manually specify the amount of points to be charged/withdrawn. Specify the amount you want to withdraw with a -minus sign, and the "Withdraw Cashback" button will become active.



Order amount for cashback accrual. Here you can specify the amount of the check for which the customer placed the order. So the cashback points amount will be calculated automatically, according to the % of cashback that is accrued for a certain type of receipt.





IMPORTANT! If the percentage of cashback is not configured for a certain type of receipt - the operation of calculating cashback from the order amount will not be carried out.
