This page contains links to chatbots. The use of chatbots allows you to activate a support chat on the website and in the mobile application, through which users can go to a convenient messenger and get help from a support operator.


**Importantly! **Chat bots can be connected to any chat service through which the operator will receive messages and respond to them. It is most convenient for this functionality to use the SendPulse or Crisp service, which have a convenient interface and will be easy for operators to use .


Integration settings


  • Open the Settings section in the Control Panel.
  • Go to the tab Integrations.
  • Click on the edit icon opposite the Chat block
  • Add links to registered chatbots.
  • In the Type field, select the Chat-bots setting
  • Check the box Live chat
  • Click Save.




In advance, it is recommended to set up chains of automatic responses of chatbots, so that when contacting the user, he immediately receives a response from the bot, until the operator has processed the received message. Including chat services, such as Send Pulse are used to set up automatic message chains.
