3.0 Statistics in Dots Business
Statistics contains summary information about the orders of the selected point and can be viewed in Dots Business in the side menu under the Statistics tab.



At the top of the screen, there is a filter for the time interval for which you want to view statistics. Select the desired period to display and click Confirm.


Income. Displays the amount of the company's revenue for a certain period. When you hover over the chart, a numerical value is displayed.
Online payment.
Cash/terminal.
Orders count. Displays the percentage of successful and canceled orders for a given period. When you hover over the chart, a numerical value is displayed.
Success.
Failed.
Receiving type. Displays the percentage of receipt types for a certain period. When you hover over the chart, a numerical value is displayed.
Delivery.
Pickup.
Order type. Displays the percentage of order types for a certain period. When you hover over the chart, a numerical value is displayed.
IOS.
Android.
Website.
Operator.
Company.

Checks amount - Total amount of all checks
Average check - The average amount of a check for the selected period.
Tips amount - Displays the amount of tips, specifically non-cash tips, cash is not counted here, as the courier receives it on the spot.
Tax amount - The amount of value-added taxes on goods.
Cashback - The amount of cashback written off in orders.
Average orders cooking time - The average time from order acceptance to readiness.
Average orders delivery time - The average time it takes to deliver orders to a customer.
Average orders receiving and cooking time - The average time from the distribution of the order to the point of delivery to the order readiness.
Count of orders - The number of orders for the selected period by day. When you hover over the graph, the numerical value of orders is displayed.
