In the Tips tab, you can customize the functionality of tips, choose the method of display, namely as a percentage or a fixed amount, and add the necessary information about tips.
Tips. Setting up tip functionality at the checkout.
- Active, required - The block with the options of tips will be displayed at the checkout and the middle option (option 2) will be automatically selected for the customer, which he can change to any of the other two. The order will not be processed without the selected tip option.
- Active, optional - Tip selection block will be displayed at checkout. In addition to tip options, the client will see a field in which he can enter his own tip amount. The order can be processed without a tip.
- Inactive - Tips functionality is disabled. The tip field is not displayed at checkout.
Additional information about tips. The text will be displayed to the customer in the tip block at checkout. Here you can mention why it is important to you to receive a tip from the customer or other important information related to tipping. It is optional to fill out.
The minimum tip value in monetary value. The minimum tip value that can be entered by the customer in the сustomized tip value field
Minimum tip value in %. The minimum tip value that can be entered by the customer in the сustomized tip value field.
Tips in % of the order amount. Tip options for the client will be displayed as a percentage of the order amount.
Option 1 E.g. - 5%.
Option 2 E.g. - 15%.
Option 3 E.g. - 25%
Сustom format available.
- On - displays an additional field in the tips block, where the customer can enter a different amount of tip, different from the proposed options
- Off - the client can choose the tip amount only from the offered options.
