This page of the report shows the number of orders of all first customers by month, as well as the number of orders placed by the same customers in the following months. It also shows the statistics on how long customers have used the service.

To see the report, go to Settings and Reports section in the Control Panel.

Available elements:

Cohort analysis based on the number of orders. The total number of orders placed by the first customers in a particular month, as well as the number of orders placed by the same customers in the following months.



Cohort analysis based on the number of customers. Shows the total number of new customers for each month, as well as the number of the same customers who used the service in the following months.
