You can manage the promo codes of each promo campaign by using the Codes tab. Here you can change their status, view statistics, or delete the selected promo codes.

Available elements:

Code. Shows the promo code itself. Click on the code, to copy it to the clipboard.

Text. Shows the description of the promo campaign and the promo code itself. When clicking on the Text button, the corresponding info is copied to the clipboard.

Status. Current status of the promo code. Double-click to change it. Available statuses:
Released (default). The promo code is created and can be applied by customers.
Passed. The promo code is used by a specific company or chain. The Note field contains information about the details.
Active. The promo code has been activated the maximum number of times and can no longer be used.
Blocked. The promo code has been blocked and can no longer be used.

Prepared/Executed. Shows the ratio of the number of uses to the limit of promo code.

Customer Notice. Special notes for a promo code. Double click to edit.

Users. Shows a window with a list of users who have used the promotional code, as well as the time of application and order number.

Date of creation. Date of generation of the promo code

Usage. When you click on the button, a list of all orders to which the selected promo code was applied will appear. Clicking on the user name opens the user profile settings page. Clicking on the order number opens the card of the selected order in the Dashboard.



History of changes. Shows history of actions for the selected promo code.

Trash can icon. Permanently deletes a promo code.
