2.0 Control panel. Editing a company. Monitoring
In this section, settings are made for Monitoring, if the company uses it in its work. The type of interaction and features of receiving orders are also configured.
Select Settings in Control Panel.
Click on the edit icon opposite the desired company.
Go to the Monitoring tab.
Set the desired settings.
Click Save.

Type of interaction. Responsible for enabling or disabling the logistics module. This affects how the selected company's orders will be accepted and delivered.
Ordering and delivery. Standard mode, in which the company receives orders and transfers them to the couriers of the previously created delivery service. When accepting an order in Dots Business, the time of delivery of the order to the courier is selected.
Order only. Delivery points only receive orders from the service. They are delivered by third-party services that are not included in the system. When accepting an order, the Dots Business program selects the time of delivery of the order, not the time of delivery to the courier. The company manager must calculate the necessary time independently. In this mode, logistics settings at the city and company level are not taken into account.
Information about notifications. The method of informing the issuing points of the appearance of new alerts is selected.
Without informing. The only way to notify point of issue staff of a new notice is to notify Dots Business. Is the default option.
Automatic call. When a new alert appears, a short automatic call will be sent to the phone number of the delivery point with a request to respond to it in Dots Business.
Operator call. Upon the appearance of a new notification in Dots Business, the operators of the Monitoring Panel will have to contact the employees of the dispensing point on their own.
Information about delays. Method of notifying the delivery point in cases of non-confirmation of orders within 5 minutes.
Without informing. The only way to notify the address staff of the delay is to notify Dots Business. Is the default option.
Automatic call. If the processing of the order is delayed, a short automatic call will be sent to the phone number of the address with a request to accept it in Dots Business.
Company manager's name. The company manager’s name appear to operators when clicking on the location’s address in the Monitoring Panel.
Manager's phone number. Phone number in any format. You can also specify several numbers separated by commas.
Correction. A manual correction that can be made to the displayed company rating. After entering a new value, it will be added to the current rating of the company on the website and in the mobile application. If the field is set to 0, customers will be shown the true rating of the company.
