2.0 Control panel. Settings. Editing a city. Delivery tab. Courier Tracking
This feature lets your customers see the courier’s location when waiting for their order to be delivered.
To enable the feature:
- In the Control Panel, click Settings.
- Locate the city you need and click the pencil icon.
- Click the Delivery → Courier Tracking tab.
- Select the Real-time courier tracking checkbox.
- Click Save.
After enabling the feature, the Courier on the map button will appear in the app.
Important: In case of ** merged orders ** , both customers will see the couriers' location starting from the pick up of the first order.
