This feature lets your customers see the courier’s location when waiting for their order to be delivered.


To enable the feature:

  1. In the Control Panel, click Settings.
  2. Locate the city you need and click the pencil icon.
  3. Click the Delivery → Courier Tracking tab.
  4. Select the Real-time courier tracking checkbox.
  5. Click Save.


After enabling the feature, the Courier on the map button will appear in the app.




Important: In case of ** merged orders ** , both customers will see the couriers' location starting from the pick up of the first order.
