2.0 View archive and statistics of orders in the Dots Business app
The Archive tab contains a summary of completed orders for the selected time period. It also has a list of all completed orders, which can be downloaded in PDF format. It helps you to view detailed information on orders.

Fields for choosing a time interval.
Order archive in PDF. Lets you download the order archive in PDF format. Orders in the document contain exactly the same information as when they are displayed in a form of a table.
Table view. Select the checkbox to view orders in a table view instead of order cards.

The number of completed orders. The number of successfully completed orders for the selected time period and their ratio to the total number of orders.
The total value of all orders. The total value of all orders for the selected time period.
The total amount of withdrawn cashback. The number of orders which were paid by cashback and the total amount of withdrawn cashback.
Website. The number of successfully completed orders placed through the website and their ratio to the total number of successfully completed orders.
Apps. The number of successfully completed orders placed through the app and their ratio to the total number of successfully completed orders. In addition, there’s a ratio of successfully completed orders placed from iOS and Android devices.
Phone. The number of successfully completed orders placed through the call center and their ratio to the total number of successfully completed orders.
On-site. The number of successfully completed orders placed at the company location and their ratio to the total number of successfully completed orders.
Online payment/cash. The quantitative and percentage ratio of successfully completed orders paid online to orders paid in cash.
Cancelled orders. The total number of canceled orders and their ratio to the total number of orders.
Average number of orders per day. The average number of orders per day, which depends on the selected time period and the total number of orders for this period.
Average time of order confirmation. Average time of order confirmation by the company location.
Average time of order preparation. Average time from order confirmation until it’s ready for pickup.
Average time of order delivery. Average time of delivery to a customer.
Average time of confirmation and preparation of orders. Average time from order distribution to estimated pickup time.
30 days forecast. Forecast of successfully completed orders for 30 days depending on the average number of successfully completed orders within the selected time period.
Average check. The average check for the selected time period.
Delivery. The number of successfully completed orders with delivery within the selected time period. It also shows the ratio of standard delivery to doorstep delivery orders.
Takeaway. The number of successfully completed takeaway orders and their ratio to the total number of successfully completed orders.
Reservation. The number of successfully completed table reservation orders and their ratio to the total number of successfully completed orders.
Postal delivery. The number of successfully completed postal delivery orders and their ratio to the total number of successfully completed orders.
Below the summary information is a list of all orders that were in process within the selected time period.

Below is a statistics of accepted orders, which includes the following indicators:
The number of completed orders. The number of successfully completed orders for the selected time period and their ratio to the total number of orders.
The total value of all orders. The total value of all orders for the selected time period.
