The SMS Log tab allows you to view the text, status, recipient's phone number, date/time of sending and provider of all SMS messages that were sent, as well as search by the recipient's phone number.

Settings


In the Control Panel, open the Users section.
Select the Customers section.
Open the SMS Log tab.



Displayed items



Search filter by status. Allows you to search SMS according to the status - Created, Rejected, User blocked.
Filter the period by date. The time period during which all SMS will be displayed in the search is set.
Filter by phone number. Allows you to find all SMS sent to a specific client by his phone number.

The list of sent SMS includes the following items:


Sending time. The exact date and time the message was sent.
Phone. Customer phone number.
Message. The text of the message that was sent.
Provider. The name of the provider through which the message was sent.
Status. Message status (Successful, Rejected, User blocked).
Info. When you click on this link, a window appears with a code that displays information about the message.



Search messages


Open the section Users → Customers → SMS Log in the Control Panel.
In the Phone field, enter the required phone number, in the date selection fields, specify the required time range.
In the drop-down list of statuses, select a message status or leave All statuses if you want to search among all statuses.
