2.0 Data report > Load schedule and shift forecast
This page of the report contains load statistics of couriers and company employees. It also includes forecasts of the required number of couriers and company employees at specific hours and days.
To see the report, go to Settings Data report section in the Control Panel.
The line chart that shows the average number of orders (delivery only). The schedule is based on the statistics of successfully delivered orders in the last 4 weeks.
The spreadsheet shows the predicted number of couriers by day/hour, with the ability to specify the order density coefficient (the average number of orders delivered by a courier per hour). The forecast is based on the statistics of successfully delivered orders for the last 4 weeks.
The bar chart that shows the total number of orders assigned to each courier in the previous full month.
The line chart shows the average number of orders (delivery + takeaway). The chart is based on the statistics of successfully delivered orders for the last 4 weeks.
The spreadsheet shows the required number of company employees by day/hour. Use the filter in the upper right corner to specify the number of orders to be completed per hour per employee. The forecast is based on the statistics of successfully delivered orders for the last 4 weeks.
