# Чому немає звуку коли приходить сповіщення в Додатку кур'єра?

Якщо Сповіщення приходять, але не має звуку (Android). Тоді звук сповіщень налаштовується на самому пристрої. В Налаштування звуку самого телефона - це гучність і мелодія для Сповіщення.

І Додатково ще можна перевірити налаштування в розділі телефону "Сповіщення та Центр налаштування" як на скріншотах нижче.
