# Why orders may not be received if the city and companies are On?

Orders may not be received in the **Monitoring Panel** and in the **Company Panel** if a courier service has not been created. It is configured in the **Control Panel → City → Delivery service → Add delivery service** button.

Also, it is **important** that at least one courier is created and connected.
