# Why orders are not distributed to the operator?

**Orders may not be distributed to operators for several reasons:**

*   The maximum number of orders that can be distributed to operators has already been reached and all other operators are busy, or this value is set to 0.

*   There are no operators on the line.
    
*   Operator is in the **Invisible** status. In this case, the operator is online, but orders are not distributed to them.
