Why may orders not automatically be distributed to the courier?
Orders may not be assigned to an active courier for several reasons:
The courier's GPS is turned off.
The courier's phone settings are set to prohibit the courier application from recognizing their location.
The courier is outside the set work radius for his type of courier in the delivery service settings.
In the logistics settings, the mode of manual order distribution is enabled.
All received orders are still on the Pre-orders tab. (The order will be distributed to the courier and will be displayed on the Active tab when there will be less than 40 minutes before the pick-up time) .
