All reviews that come from customers require moderation. When a new review appears, on the Clients tab in the Monitoring Panel, the moderator decides to publish the review or to work with it further, in case of difficult situations. The company reserves the right to publish or filter out inadequate reviews, which allows you to keep the reputation of the restaurant at the appropriate level.
