# What to do if the promo code for the discount did not work for the guest?

If this situation occurs, contact the Dots Platform support service to find out the reasons for the error in applying the promo code.



At the same time, you can locally solve this problem by going to the **Monitoring Panel**, open the order card, click on **Change price** and change the cost of the order.
