# What is the difference between a calculated average order lead time and a client average order lead time?

**Calculated average order lead time (AOLT)** - the average time from the moment of placing an order to the moment of the order deadline in the system.



**Client average order lead time (AOLT)** - the average time from the moment of placing an order to the moment of the order deadline for the client _(this is the deadline time + 5 minutes for force majeure)_.
