What is the difference between a calculated average order lead time and a client average order lead time?

Calculated average order lead time (AOLT) - the average time from the moment of placing an order to the moment of the order deadline in the system.



Client average order lead time (AOLT) - the average time from the moment of placing an order to the moment of the order deadline for the client (this is the deadline time + 5 minutes for force majeure).
