# User groups

User groups allow you to create customer selections using their phone numbers. Such a group can be used for various purposes, such as push campaigns, SMS mailings, and working with a selection of customers obtained through ** [RFM segmentation](https://dots.crisp.help/en/article/data-report-rfm-segmentation-8mkt32/). **

To create a new User Group, go to **Control Panel → User Groups → Add Group**.
