The "Free Delivery" promotion, in which cases does the client still pay for the delivery of the order?
This situation may occur if the client's address is located in the tariff zone, the delivery amount for which is not fully compensated by the terms of the promotion.
Example:
Tariff zones: 5, 10, 15
Tariffs: 30, 60, 100
Max. compensation amount: 60
With these settings, if the client's address is 12 km from the company, the cost of delivery to them will be 100 UAH, but since the promotion for free delivery has been applied, it will be 100-60=40. The client will need to pay 40 UAH.
