The customer cancelled an order paid online. When will the money be returned to them?

We send withdrawal requests from the hold immediately after successful delivery. The same logic applies to refunds after cancelling an order.



After cancelling the order, within 2 minutes we send a request for a refund to the client. The money will be returned to the account within 1-14 days.
