How to change the courier in an active order?

To change the courier, go to the Monitoring Panel → Order card, in the upper part of the order card, next to the courier's call sign, click on the link to change.





In the window that opens, you can select a delivery service, sort the couriers by status and select the courier to which you want to distribute the order.





In cases where the assigned courier is unable to fulfill the order, you can automatically distribute the order to the most suitable courier without taking into account the current one. To do this, activate the R**edistribute to a free courier** checkbox and save the changes.
