# Recommendations for the distribution of orders during peak hours

**To reduce the heavy load on the company during peak hours, several steps can be taken:**

* You can reduce the kitchen output by limiting the maximum number of orders the kitchen can process in one hour. To configure, go to **Control Panel → Cities** → edit → **Places** → edit → **Addresses** → edit, uncheck the **Standard max. number of orders per hour** box and in the field that appears - **Max. number of orders per hour**, specify how many orders a particular company's address can process per hour.

* You can turn on the slot delivery mode (turn off the **As soon as possible** mode, turn on the **Broadcast** mode for couriers) to deliver orders more efficiently.

* It is possible to regulate the acceptance of orders at the company/address of the company by changing its status to pause and vice versa.

To monitor the load situation of all companies, you need to use the **Cities** tab in the **Monitoring Panel**.
