Payment for orders that are marked with a "Clarify!" note

If the system cannot determine the user's address, a "Clarify!" mark appears on the order card of the Monitoring Panel, but the order can be placed if it is paid online. Since the operator sees the "Clarify!" mark, they must call back on such orders. The operator manually edits the delivery cost. If the user is outside the company's delivery area, the order is cancelled. In the case of online payment, the money will be refunded to the user within the standard time frame for this.
