No notification in Dots Delivery courier app
New order notifications may not appear in the iOS courier app for several reasons:
On iOS Dots Delivery, you may not receive a push notification if one courier account is logged in simultaneously from two devices. As soon as you log out of your account on one of the two devices, push notifications arrive regularly.
On iOS, there is a separate Do Not Disturb mode and a separate Silent mode. In silent mode, push notifications work (if the courier is not logged in on two devices, as described in paragraph 1), but they come without sound and are easy to miss. Unlike the Do Not Disturb mode, no indicators are displayed here, but you can understand that it is on by the color marker of the lever on the left side of the smartphone - if the switch is red, the device is in silent mode.
