2.0 Manage reviews from Google Play and App Store
Access to reviews from Google Play and the App Store will be provided to the account's work email. To do this, contact the Dots Platform support team. App reviews help to monitor the level of service and accuracy of all settings.
You will receive an email with a link to verify your account.

After clicking the link, you will be taken to Google Play Console - a service for creating and managing Android apps.
In the window that appears, select the following:
I confirm that I have read and agree to the Google Play Console Terms of Service.

On the page that opens, you will see the app of your service. Double-click on it for opening.

When on the app page, click User feedback > Reviews in the side menu.


All user reviews will be displayed on the right side of the page. At the bottom of each review, there is a box for replies.

You will receive an email with a link to verify your account.

After clicking the link, you will be taken to App Store Connect - a service for creating and managing iOS apps.

After logging in, you will be taken to a page where you need to accept the Agreement.

When in the App Store Connect dashboard, click My Apps.

After that, you’ll be able to see available apps.

Click on the app and go to the Activity tab. There you’ll see all user reviews. Click Reply for leaving a reply.

In the window that appears, add your reply and publish it by clicking Save.

Note: It is important you always keep an eye on your ratings and reviews as they do have an important impact on ASO.
