What happens to the order if the online payment period has expired?

If the payment type Online is selected when placing an order, after the payment link expires, the payment type of the order automatically changes to Cash. The payment form has a 30 minute time limit. Until the moment of payment, the order is not automatically distributed to the company to avoid taking into work an order which may eventually be canceled.



In case of delay in the online payment form, it is recommended to contact the client to confirm the relevance of the order, as well as the possibility to pay for the order in cash.
