Why can't a customer place an order if their address is near the company?

Customers cannot place an order from the company for several reasons:


The client does not enter the delivery area of the company.


There are several ways to find out if the client's address falls within the delivery zone:

The client can go to the Website → section Delivery and payment and independently find out whether the company delivers to their address.



The client can check their address by going to the main page of the Website and clicking on the Select address button if Zoning functionality is enabled in the Control Panel.





The operator can check in the Monitoring Panel on the Comp. tab. To do this, they need to enter the desired address in the Address (Street) and House number fields. Then click on the Check button. The data on the page will be updated and all available locations for delivery to the specified address will be displayed.




The client's address is incorrectly recognized by map services.

The company is not working at the moment or is on pause.
