2.0 Is mileage counted in the courier app?

There is no GPS mileage tracker in the courier app. The distance is calculated based on the optimal route determined by the map service and is indicated when switching to the navigator.

We do not track the movement of the courier, but the system calculates the distance between the addresses and establishments to which the courier fulfills orders. If the courier does not deviate from the proposed route, the courier's mileage will be displayed as Traveled distance. You can see this indicator in Archive → Couriers, the Distance traveled indicator is available.




Also, in the Archive → Couriers tab in the Monitoring Panel, the Average order cycle indicator is available. This indicator takes into account not only the distance to the client but also the road from the previous order to the company, from which the average value for the selected period is calculated.

To get the total distance, the Average order cycle indicator should be multiplied by the number of successful orders for the same period.




The order card also has a Route data block, which indicates the distance from the company to which the order is distributed to the customer's address. This block does not take into account the distance to the next point or the way back to the same point.
