The functionality of the system does not provide for the possibility of automatic application of discounts for the first orders of new customers. We recommend motivating customers to place orders by accruing cashback. To organize the process, you can create a Custom promotion. This type of promotion is informative in nature. The user will see a promotion at the city level or at the level of a certain company, with information about the accrual of a certain percentage or amount of cashback for the first order. Next, users place orders, the operator sees all orders marked as First order and can manually credit the client with the required amount of cashback. Cashback can be credited by users of the system with the appropriate access rights, for example, an operator, administrator or marketer.
