# Is it possible to set up a fixed amount of cashback when ordering certain products?

You can organize the addition of cashback to users for ordering certain items using the **Custom promotion**. This type of promotion is informative in nature. The user will see the promotion at the city level, or at the level of a certain company, with its conditions in which you can specify promotional positions in order to receive a bonus. Next, the user places an order, the company sees all orders in which there is a promotional product and manually charges the required cashback amount. Cashback can be credited by users of the system with the appropriate access rights.
