# Inaccurate display of the courier's location in the app

The courier's location may not be displayed accurately for several reasons:


*   malfunction of the courier's phone: the battery is dead, the Internet is gone, GPS is gone _(due to the fact that they went into the room, etc.)_;

    

*   problems on the client side: with the phone, with the Internet, etc.
    
*   the courier delivers the merged order.
