If there are streets with the same name in the city, how will the system determine the correct address of the customer?

In such situations, the map service can tie up the client's location coordinates if the order is made through a mobile application and GPS is enabled on the device.

If the mapping service could not determine the client's location by GPS, the order will be distributed to the farthest address option and the Clarify! mark will appear in the order card.

For this reason, the order may be distributed to a company far from the client and the cost of the order may be higher than usual. That is why the note Clarify! informs the operator that there are difficulties with determining the address and the client is recommended to clarify it.

To avoid such problems in the future with a specific client, you need to click on the Edit address field in the order card in the Monitoring Panel. In the window that opens, you need to check the box in the Set coordinates manually field, move the slider on the map to the location where the client's delivery address is actually located, click on the Define button and then on the Save button. After that, all orders from this client at the specified address will be determined correctly.

If the client's address has changed during the order processing, it is important to check the correctness of the delivery cost, as it often depends on the delivery distance.
