# How to understand if an order with online payment was paid or not?

Orders that do not have a successful online payment remain unallocated. The status of the transaction will be indicated opposite the **Load payment data** link, by clicking on it in the order card on the **Monitoring Panel**.



**Pending** status means that the funds have not yet been reserved _(perhaps there is not enough money on the card to pay for the order)_ and the order will not be processed. **On-hold** status means that the money has been successfully frozen on the client's account.
