# How to set the maximum number of orders per hour for the operator to process?

You can set the maximum number of orders that a particular operator can process in the **Monitoring Panel → Cities** by clicking on the **Change** button next to a specific operator.

In the window that appears, you can specify the number of orders that the operator can process per hour, in the **Max. number of orders** field. Once the limit is reached, orders will not be assigned to the operator.
